  • What are Domaine's hours of operation?
    Domaine is open for headliner events only. Friday & Saturday hours are 10pm-3am.
  • How do I purchase tickets?
    Pre-sale tickets are available online at www.domaineatl.com. The link will redirect you to our Eventbrite page. Feel free to check out all of our upcoming events!
  • How do I make a VIP table service reservation?
    Table service can be purchased by calling 678-575-2994 or emailing us at sales@graeatl.com.
  • How much is the table?
    Pricing varies based on the event. For more information on pricing, please call 678-575-2994 or email us at sales@graeatl.com
  • How do I find out about upcoming events?
    All upcoming events are located online at www.domaineatl.com. You can also sign up to receive our newsletter to be informed of events and pre-sale ticket launch dates. You can also follow us on Instagram: @domaineatl
  • Important Ticketing and Entry Information
    All information can be found on the ticket specific to the event.
  • What is the process of “checking in” at the nightclub for my table reservation?
    In order to check in for your table reservation, you should check in before 11:30PM at the VIP Podium entrance under the A-Frame staircase. Please ensure all party members have an acceptable form of identification, and all funds have been secured prior to arrival. Provide the name for the reservation to the host and they will direct you to the appropriate area.
  • Where do I go, for the event, if I have purchased general admission event tickets?
    If you have purchased general admission tickets, please find your way to the General Admission entry area. Please ensure that you have an acceptable form of identification.
  • Can you scan my ticket from my cell phone?
    Yes, we will have scanners on site to scan your phone on the night of the event.
  • What happens if I lost my ticket?
    You can show the electronic attachment on your phone or you can reprint your ticket prior to the event. Please ensure that you can locate the email with your electronic ticket prior to entry of the venue.
  • What is an acceptable form of identification?
    A current, non-expired, valid photo ID is required of every patron visiting our establishment and all guests must be 21 years of age or older. The following forms of ID are acceptable: United States or Canada issued Driver’s licenses; Passports (as long as there are no missing pages, or expired); United States government issued IDs. Canadian driver’s licenses are the only form of international IDs that are accepted besides passports. Mexican IDs and Medical Marijuana Cards are prohibited.
  • What is the dress code?
  • What items are prohibited in Domaine?
    Bags and purses are subject to search. A complete list of prohibited items can be found on the Highlights bubble "FAQs" on Domaine’s Instagram page @domaineatl or online at www.domaineatl.com
  • Am I allowed to bring in a bag?
    All bags, persons, and personal items are subject to search. We do not allow rucksacks or camping bags. Fashionable, small backpacks are allowed.
  • Am I allowed to bring in medications?
    No, You cannot bring in medications to the venue. All medications, over-the-counter or prescribed, will be discarded upon entry.
  • Once I’m inside, can I leave and re-enter Domaine
    Re-entry into Domaine is subject to change depending on the event. Most days, there is no re-entry. See the door on day of your event for more information.
  • How do I book a private event?
    Please email us at info@graeatl.com and our Private Event Coordinators will reach out to you. Please include you name, contact information, type of event, and number of people attending.
  • As a GA ticket holder, what am I entitled to?
    As a ticket holder you are entitled access to the GA ticket holder entrance areas for general admission only.
  • What is your refund policy?
    We do not offer refunds on tickets or table deposits. All questions regarding discrepancies should be sent to info@graeatl.com
  • Why do ticket prices raise closer to the event?
    Ticket prices increase as the event gets closer with each price tier. As the lower price tiers sell out, higher price tiers will appear. We encourage purchasing tickets as far in advance as you can. Please note that Domaine does not sell VIP entry tickets unless the event otherwise states. All tickets are General Admission only. To avoid ticker scammers, please only purchase tickets from our Eventbrite page as we do not offer reimbursement for false tickets customers have purchased. Tickets are required for entry to the venue.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
  • Do you have parking available?
    Parking is available but limited. Early arrival is recommended. We do not own the parking lot adjacent to the venue and are not responsible for lost/stolen items or any vehicular damages. Please do not leave valuables in your car.
  • Help! I left something (like a phone, credit card, purse, jacket) at the club! What do I do now?
    Please email info@graeatl.com with a description of the lost items and your contact information.
  • What do I do when pre-sale tickets are sold out?
    When pre-sale tickets are sold out, buying a table would be the only option available. However, tables can sell out as well so we recommend buying tables when they become available. For table information, please call 678-575-2994 or email us at sales@graeatl.com
  • I have a relationship with someone at a third party hosting company and they told me they represent the venue. How can I tell if they are legit?
    Booking VIP table services through a venue employee is the only way to ensure the best experience and that your purchase is 100% legitimate.
